Dr Jenna Love

Dr Jenna Love is a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council and a member of the British Psychological Society. She obtained her psychology undergraduate degree and masters in Liverpool and then completed her three year post graduate qualification in clinical psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Dr Love specialises in working psychologically with people who are experiencing physical health difficulties, particularly persistent pain. She currently works in the NHS at University College London Hospitals, based in both their Facial Pain Service and the Pain Management Centre at Queens Square. Here she works with people with persistent pain in both individual and group work, and also is involved in research, including the usefulness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for those with chronic health difficulties. She also works with individuals with audiological difficulties at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital. In her clinical work Dr Love uses evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, in order to help clients to improve their quality of life despite their physical difficulties
